Who were Stacy and Jessie Smith?

Stacy Smith was an avid skier who perfected his style at Lead Draw, near Scout Mountain, Skyline, and Sun Valley. He and Jessie parked a small trailer in the Wood River campground (by the old steel bridge) near Ketchum. They spent weekends skiing on the runs of Sun Valley. When the snow was gone, he went back to Lead Draw and skied until that was melted, too. A cigar was Stacy's trademark while skiing. Darrell Scott didn't remember if it was lit all the time, but "that cigar was clamped down tight"
